How TX Property Services, LLC collects, uses and protects information through this website. Last updated August 22, 2026.
This policy applies to txpropertyservices.com and to information you send us through this site or by email. In it, “we,” “us” and “our” mean TX Property Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
We are a property services company, not an advertising or data business. We collect the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and perform work, and we do not sell it.
When you complete a form on this site or email us, we receive what you choose to send. Depending on the form, that typically includes your name, business or property name, email address, phone number if you provide one, property address or city, property type, unit count, and the details of your enquiry.
If you become a client, we also hold the information needed to perform and bill for the work: site details, scope, scheduling, correspondence and billing records.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. These are used for security, troubleshooting and understanding general traffic patterns.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cookies may be set for essential functions such as maintaining a session, remembering form entries, or spam filtering. If you log in to the site as an administrator, WordPress sets authentication cookies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent forms from working correctly.
We use what we collect to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, schedule and perform services, invoice for work, keep records required for tax and insurance purposes, maintain the security of this site, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked to hear from us.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not sell sensitive personal data. We do not share personal data for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We share information only with service providers who need it to operate this business, and only for that purpose. Those categories include our website host, our form and email delivery providers, spam filtering services, accounting and invoicing providers, and subcontractors performing work at your property where the details are necessary to do the job.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights and safety of people or property.
If spam filtering is enabled on our forms, the contents of a submission — including your name, email address, IP address and message — may be transmitted to that provider to determine whether it is spam.
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Client records are retained for as long as needed to perform the work and afterwards for the periods required by tax, insurance, warranty and limitation rules. Server logs are retained on our host's standard schedule.
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the volume and nature of the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this site and restricted access to client records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send sensitive personal information — such as government identification numbers, financial account details or health information — through the forms on this site.
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Chapter 541 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, gives Texas residents rights over personal data. Certain small businesses are exempt from most of its requirements, and that exemption may apply to us. We nonetheless honour the following requests from Texas residents as a matter of practice.
You may ask us to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and to provide access to it; to correct inaccurate personal data; to delete personal data you have provided; to supply a copy in a portable, readily usable format; and to opt out of any sale of personal data, targeted advertising or profiling. As stated above, we do not engage in those last three activities.
To make a request, email info@txpropertyservices.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to ask for information to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need longer.
If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to that response. We will inform you in writing of the outcome of an appeal. If an appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Records relating to a business contact acting in a commercial or employment capacity, rather than an individual acting for personal or household purposes, may fall outside these rights.
This site is intended for business and property owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
This site links to third-party websites, including regulatory bodies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here.
