Grounds work in North Texas is not the same job it is elsewhere. Most of Rockwall County sits on Blackland Prairie clay — soil that swells when it rains and cracks open when it doesn't. It's hard on root systems, hard on irrigation lines, and it means a mowing schedule that made sense in April is wrong by July.

Through the growing season, typically weekly. As growth slows in fall it moves to every other week, and drops further in winter. We set the schedule to the property rather than billing the same visit count in January as in June.

No, and that's deliberate. Routine maintenance is a predictable recurring line. Enhancements — replacing dead shrubs, expanding a bed, laying sod — get quoted separately so you can approve them individually instead of finding them on an invoice.
